How much does it cost to attend?

Grow With Commercial Workshop tuition is $999 for the first attendee from each agency, and $499 per additional attendee. Accepted methods of payment include: cash, check, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Any future classes for anyone from the same agency (including new attendees or refreshers for alumni) are $499 per person.
Do you offer online training?
We do not currently offer an online option for training. By nature, workshop training takes an impactful, hands-on approach to teaching Agents and Team Members new skills compared to reading a handbook, sitting through a lecture or just watching a video.

Who is this course designed for?

Grow with Commercial is designed for Agencies of all sizes, as well as, State Farm Agents and Team Members of all knowledge and experience levels. Whether you have no experience with the Commercial Insurance Market and want to get engaged, or you have years of experience and want to learn how to maximize your opportunity through leveraging our proven systematic approach, we guarantee you’ll benefit tremendously from attending.

Is it mandatory for the Agent to attend, or can I just send my Team Member(s)?

It is not required, but absolutely recommended that the Agent attend along with their Team Member(s). Although a Team Member certainly could attend and relay our class content, messages and materials, the workshop is interactive and hands-on by nature, so we strongly recommend that the Agent physically attend a live session with our trainer, in order to obtain the maximum benefits and best results.

Which Team Member(s) should attend Grow With Commercial?

We recommend that you bring any Team Member(s) who are interested in/will be engaged in soliciting and writing Commercial Insurance. This is NOT a workshop designed for Team Members engaged strictly in customer service activities. Ideal candidates are typically members of your sales team, office managers and agent aspirants.

Do you offer a discount for TICA Agents?

We do not offer a discount based on contracts, tenure, etc. We do, however, offer payment plans.  clicking the button below to contact us for more information regarding payment plan options.

Do you offer workshops for Study Groups?

Yes, we offer workshops for Study Groups. Working with a select group of highly engaged Agents offers several advantages, including the ability to custom tailor portions of the workshop based on the focus of the individual study group. clicking the button below to contact us and be sure to include the size and location of the group, as well as, any special content requests and specific, desired areas of focus.

Can I record Grow With Commercial for future reference or training with my team?

We do not allow any type of video or audio recording of Grow With Commercial. In addition, all of our material is copyrighted. If we discover that you are recording any of the workshop content, we will ask you to leave the class with NO REFUND. Thank you in advance for your understating.

Can the workshop be held at a State Farm location?

Unfortunately, we are not able to hold our workshops at any State Farm Corporate Locations. State Farm has not reviewed or approved this material, and neither supports or endorses the material presented. Additionally, State Farm makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or usability of the information contained in the presentation.

Is Grow With Commercial approved by State Farm?

Because Grow With Commercial does not have a Master Services Agreement in place with State Farm, we are considered an Unapproved vendor. Please be aware that we have worked closely with State Farm Compliance on this Outside Business Activity, and we have raised no concerns.

It is extremely IMPORTANT to keep in mind the differences between Approved, Unapproved and Unauthorized Vendors:

Approved Vendor-  Specific vendor in which State Farm has an approved Master Service Agreement in place and the scope of the vendor services received are within the scope of the agreement.

Unapproved Vendor-  Any vendor that does not have an agreement in place with State Farm or the services received from the approved vendor are outside of the scope of the vendor’s agreement with State Farm. State Farm does not generally dictate what unapproved vendors an independent contractor may use. It is the agent’s responsibility to ensure that the vendors they engage with do not raise concerns.

Unauthorized Vendor-  Specific vendor that State Farm has identified as being unauthorized for use by State Farm due to the risks posed to State Farm by engagement with the vendor. Agents should not use an unauthorized vendor. If an agent does use an unauthorized vendor, it could impact the trust relationship between the agent and State Farm.
